* NEW: You may have recently received an email asking you to update your billing information so that an expired subscription could be renewed. We apologize that some users may have unintentionally received multiple daily reminders. If you have updated your billing information on Zinio.com or through the provided link, your expired subscription will renew within one week; if you do not update your billing information, you will not be renewed.

* NEW: If you received an "unable to download this page" error on your publication, please try deleting and restoring the issue now as the problem should be resolved.

* NEW: If you installed the latest firmware update for the RIM Playbook and are receiving a "system error" when trying to download an issue, please delete and reinstall the app.

* NEW: Renewal notifications may be sent as early as four months before your active subscription will expire. If you believe you received a renewal notification email in error (there are some reported cases of this), you can always verify the number of issues remaining on a subscription purchased through Zinio.com or one of our mobile apps by clicking here (sign in if prompted).

* NEW: The only place to sign in on the iPad app is in the Read section. Please tap Read to find the sign in option.

* NEW: Having trouble using a service credit code or "Perk?" Please note the following: 1) the code must be used on Zinio.com; 2) it cannot be applied in the Shop section of a mobile app, or in conjuction with Paypal (an "invalid code" error will result); 3) to verify the amount applied on your order, click here, then select "View Order History" and click "view" to verify credit applied.
